With powerful database capabilities, Arkansas Works provides you the tools and resources to monitor progress, connect with your students and make data-driven decisions.

• Secondary Educators: Through Arkansas Works, you access Kuder Navigator, which includes the Administrative Database Management System to support individual career guidance, generate individual and aggregate reports, access communication features and enter or upload curriculum for the student educational planner. • Postsecondary Educators: You will use Kuder Journey to direct your students' career plans. Journey's Administrative Database Management System will help you supplement career preparation and placement programs, meet accountability requirements and recruit students to the right majors and programs. To get started, click on Log In to access your account or New Users to register. Returning Users: If you have previously used the Arkansas College & Career Planning System from another web site, you will need to register and create a user name and password.
