We know that parents are the #1 influence on their child's education and career choices! Arkansas Works supports parents of middle school and high school students in this critical role by allowing you to get directly involved in your child’s education and career planning.

Your son or daughter will use Kuder^® Navigator through Arkansas Works to learn about themselves, build an educational plan and explore and prepare for the various options after high school. Navigator provides you with a free account to check out the resources available to your child, review your child’s lifelong portfolio and learn more about how you can help with the career planning process.
